  6.  A lease agreement for a legal address (or an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on the right of ownership);
  7. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities as of the current date; 
  8. Lease agreement for warehouse and (or) industrial premises; 
  9. Information about the presence/absence of an Internet site; 
  10. The balance sheet; 
  11. Tax return; 
  12. Bank account statement;
  13. Information on the application of the tax system;
  14. Licenses (when carrying out licensed activities);
  15. Certificate of debt absence to the budget; 
  16. The passport data copy of the executive body (Director, General Director); 
  17. Documents confirming the ownership of vehicles; 
  18. Vehicle rental agreement or other documents confirming the availability of material resources for the implementation of the claimed activity;
